My home offers a private movie theater, space themed arcade game room complete with professional arcade games as well as an xbox gaming center, two gaming consoles, and a private pool and spa, and a outdoor entertaining area with complimentary use of a propane gas grill.

The resort is close to Disney, Universal, Sea World and other theme parks. You have easy access to great restaurants & dining, nightlife and other family-friendly activities.

**Water Park Information**

Why settle for the alternative "private" water park located in the resort that consist of only a pool, splash pad and a couple of slides? We give access to a real and true water park located less than 5 miles from the home which has multiple water slides, wave pool, lazy river, splash pad and so much more! For stays of 5 or 6 nights we give you 1 day at the water park for up to 10 guests. For stays of 7 or more nights we give you 2 days at the water park for up to 10 guest per day. Have more than 10 guests? No problem you can always add more guests to your day(s) for a fraction of the daily admission price! For stays of less than 5 nights please contact me for pricing to add the water park to your package.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WATER PARK IS NORMALLY OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK FROM MID MARCH THROUGH MID AUGUST. IT IS OPEN WEEKENDS FROM MID AUGUST THROUGH MID NOVEMBER. THE PARK IS CLOSED FOR WINTER HOURS DECEMBER THROUGH MID MARCH. FREE TICKETS ARE NOT OFFERED DURING WINTER HOURS. HOURS AND OPEN DAYS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER CLOSURES.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
